cruise guests, simplifies and accelerates travel processes and serves as inspiring and useful companions. The result is a revolutionary new multiscreen experience on the cruise liners of TUI Cruises. The guest and his travel experience are the focus here, because on a cruise it is all about him and his well-being. This is why the portal created for him: My journey.

The “Mein Schiff” app

The main feature is the "Mein Schiff" app with features such as mobile booking processes that allow guests to complete their travel on all devices. The app is constantly evolving and has included additional board telephony and the new online check-in since the baptism of Mein Schiff 6 in June 2017.

Board telephony

In order to ensure a uniform booking process, TUI Cruises has transferred other platforms from other agencies to CELLULAR during the last few years. Today, they have grown into a unified digital device world. With the baptism of Mein Schiff 6 further features, such as the launch of board telephony over the app.
